Find Support lists Canadian organizations and web resources that can provide information or support services to Canadians related to their health, wellness, diseases and health conditions. It does not contain information on medications, devices, supplements or listings of commercial organizations.

Canadian organizations or groups that meet the following criteria:

• Provide services to Canadians
• Are non-commercial organizations

AND are at least one of the following types of organizations:

• Non-profit or charitable organization
• Local support group
• Government or regulatory organization
• Professional organization, college or accreditation body
• Health centre, clinic or hospital
• Emergency services, shelter or help line
• Community or public services organization
• Home services or Caregiver support group

Listings must include a phone number to allow Canadians to contact the organization.

Inclusion or exclusion of an organization is at the sole discretion of Pfizer Canada and its agency. Publications are not listed.

Websites that meet all of the following criteria:

• Sponsored by a non-profit, charitable or government organization
• Sponsor's name and contact information disclosed
• Non-promotional, unbiased and balanced information
• Canadian content from a recognized source
• Primary focus of content is health and/or healthy living
• Updated within the last 3 years
• No portals
